Submitting a Paper

The conference invites original papers addressing all aspects related to space-air-ground computing architecture, technology and applications. Technical topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:

  • Space-air-ground computing for smart city
  • Space-air-ground computing for disaster rescue
  • Satellite and space system
  • Vehicular network and system
  • Underwater and maritime system
  • Unmanned aerial vehicle system
  • Signal processing
  • D2D and sensor network
  • 5/6G network and system
  • Edge network and system
  • Container and Cloud
  • Industrial internet and system
  • Security and privacy
  • AI for space-air-ground integrated system

Reviewing will be double-blind. Authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions, and they should not identify themselves either explicitly or by implication (e.g., through the references or acknowledgments). Submissions violating the detailed formatting and anonymization rules will not be considered for review.

Format Requirements

Submitted Full Papers must be no longer than 6 pages with IEEE Standard template. IEEE Standard template for Latex and Word can be found at:

In order to avoid the inconsistency of the page format of later articles, and to better judge the number of pages of each article, it is recommended to specify the author to use letter or A4 size template.

Accepted papers will be allowed 2 additional pages in the proceedings.


We also welcome Short Papers on any of the above topics, which will be judged separately from papers in the research track of the conference. Submitted short papers must be no longer than 2 pages. Accepted papers will not be allowed additional pages in the proceedings.


Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE, the proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex after the conference.


Papers not meeting these criteria will be rejected without review, and no deadline extensions will be granted for reformatting.
