This conference is a combination of online and offline meetings

* The opening ceremony and dinner will be held in the fifth meeting room of Beijing University of Posts and Technology Hotel (Beijing BUPT Hotel) on December 4th.

* The virtual conference will be held on December 5th - 6th.

Each participant must fill in a registration form
